Plain words about the details you send us when you enquire about a project.

Who we are
atpVital, TECHNOHUB 1, DTEC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. We decide why and how your details are used, so we are responsible for them.
What we collect
When you send the request form, we keep:
- your name and your business name;
- the link you give us, if any (a website, Instagram or Google Maps page);
- your email address or WhatsApp number;
- the add-ons you switched on;
- a record of your consent: that you ticked the box, when, and which version of this notice you agreed to;
- a keyed hash of your IP address. It is a scrambled code, not your address, and it cannot be turned back into it without a secret key that only we hold. We delete it within 3 days.
This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies.
Why we collect it
To reply to your project enquiry and to prepare your proposal. The IP hash is used only to stop the form being flooded by robots. We do not send a newsletter, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for anything else. We rely on your consent, which you can take back at any time.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry record is deleted automatically 12 months after your request. The notification emails that reach our mailboxes are cleared out by us at least once a year, or sooner if you ask us to delete your data. If you become a client, we keep what the contract needs, for as long as the contract says.
Who handles it
The atpVital team, and the companies that run the tools we use. They handle your details only to provide that service:
- Vercel hosts this website and the service that receives the form.
- Supabase holds the database where your enquiry is stored.
- Brevo sends us the notification email about your enquiry.
- Google Workspace provides the mailboxes where that email arrives and where we write to you.
Nobody else sees it.
Backups
Our database provider keeps backups, and they expire on the provider’s own schedule. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from the live database and from our mail copies straight away. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire. We do not restore them for any other use.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to limit how we use it, or to have it deleted. You can object to us contacting you, and you can take back your consent. Ask at any time and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Delete my data
Email contact@atpvital.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the address or number you gave in the form, or tell us which one you used. We check that the request comes from you by writing back to that contact detail. Then we delete your enquiry from our enquiry inbox, from our email logs and from our mailboxes, and we confirm to you by reply when it is done.
